A delightful, stone-built detached barn conversion. Stylish and spacious whilst offering original charm and character, with two bedrooms, one of which is ensuite and stunning views across the reservoir to the moors beyond. This property sleeps up to 6, and can be booked jointly with the Cottage to accommodate up to 10 people.

Two bedrooms: 1 x double with ensuite (bath, basin and WC), 1 x twin. Shower room with separate shower cubicle, basin and WC. Fitted kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with double sofabed. Shared utility room.

~ Amenities ~

Pott Hall Barn has oil fired central heating throughout, and comes fully fitted with an oven and electric hob, microwave, a fridge and freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, a colour TV, radio and CD player etc. There is a small library of books and games, and a cot, highchair and stairgate are available. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

The Barn has an enclosed lawned garden with a patio area with garden furniture, and off road parking with space for 3 cars is available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

Please note: This property is situated on a working cattle and sheep farm which has free-roaming hens within the grounds.

~ Prices ~

The price of a week's rental of The Barn ranges from £420 in the peak season (such as school holidays) to £192 in the winter months. We would welcome enquiries about specific weeks. Winter short breaks are available. Note: Christmas and New Year weeks at this property are charged at Peak rate plus £200.
