A charming, semi-detached, stone built farmhouse, offering spacious and stylish accommodation, featuring a delightful sitting room and a pretty garden boasting lovely valley views. This property sleeps 4, and can be booked jointly with the Barn to accommodate up to 10 people.

~ Accommodation ~

Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin & WC. Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. Sitting room with dining area and woodburner effect gas fire. Shared utility room.

~ Amenities ~

Pott Hall Cottage has oil fired central heating throughout with additional heating from the woodburner effect gas fire in the sitting room. The cottage comes fitted with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, a colour TV and DVD player, radio and CD player etc. In the shared utility room is a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, and there is also a small library of books and games, and a cot and highchair are available. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

The Cottage has an enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture and a barbeque, and off road parking for 3 cars is available. Sorry, no pets & no smoking.

Please Note: This property is situated on a working cattle and sheep farm and there are free-roaming hens within grounds.

~ Prices ~

The price of a week's rental of The Cottage ranges from £304 in the peak season (such as school holidays) to £171 in the winter months. We would welcome enquiries about specific weeks. Winter short breaks are available. Note: Christmas and New Year weeks at this property are charged at Peak rate plus £200.
